Fossilized Druzy Shell Necklace Handmade by Inside My Locket Jewelry
 
The druzy encrusted shell in this necklace was the inspiration for our Longing for the Ocean Collection. The varying depths of druzy crystals and wavy pattern mimick the waves and sand beneath the ocean, it is truly a stone that will turn heads! The sterling silver border was made by fusing silver together, creating a feeling reminicent of driftwood, barnacles, and sea kelp.
 
Each link of the necklace was created the same as the border by fusing silver on top of silver, and adding small bits here and there to create different textures throughout.
 
A striking necklace to be sure, but as Harry Winston once said: "People will stare. Make it worth their while!"
